Adcraft
Rental Exhibits

The basic business of Adcraft is to provide a comprehensive service for the design and production of custom trade show exhibits. From our initial conversation with you, through the design, fabrication, delivery, and set-up of an exhibit, Adcraft has the ability to meet your total trade show needs – all with in-house professional services.

It’s all about Options

Rental exhibits today are all about options, from design and configuration, to types of materials used. Virtually every design is somewhat custom formed to fit your needs. What you are renting are the materials used in your design. In many cases, your rental could end up looking close to what you were visualizing for your custom design. The only difference – you don’t own the structure, you are renting.

If you’re renting,
you’re saving

This is where renting has become one of today’s exhibitors most chosen options. If you are renting you are saving. Saving on materials- as stated above, you are using the framework to build your aisle, peninsula or island exhibit. You make it custom with graphic banners, signage, video panels and floor displays that all belong to you. You are also saving on shipping crates. These can be very expensive and obviously will be needed, but nobody cares about your shipping crates and you just spent a bundle on them. And by the way, no matter what anyone tells you, they don’t last more than 4-5 shows and will be in need of repair or replacement.

Rental Exhibits save money while staying flexible & adaptable

There are many sound reasons for renting an exhibit. Perhaps you want to have a trial exhibit at a new, untested trade show, maybe you’re attending a rarely held show, or your show might conflict with another major event.

Our rental units support the quality and image you want to sustain with units that are extremely flexible in their adaptability to graphics, shelving, lighting, and AV.

Rental units provide an excellent alternative to investing in a custom unit, or can answer the need for a display when the decision is suddenly made to exhibit in a near-term tradeshow. In addition, a portion of the rental cost can be applied to the purchase of the unit. Exhibit “leasing” can make as much sense as the other equipment leasing you do!

Let's Get Started

Rentals are primarily units of materials. Piping, joints, nuts and bolts. That’s it. From here, we custom design to build a configuration that meets your needs and requirements. Rentals can be as small as a 10’ x 10’ or as large as a double decker island exhibit. The top of the exhibit hall is the limit!
