Good question. Like most things, search the Internet and you’ll find many brands, companies and options available. And we suggest you do shop this around, you can probably find this on Amazon. But keep in mind, the exhibit you purchase will require another stage (graphic printing for one) and more handling than what you might have considered.

A) You find a design you like, share this with us. We can help you determine if it is a good fit and right for your overall tradeshow program. Amazon does not care about this.

B) Next, we look at the messaging, brand and graphics that you want to employ to this exhibit vehicle. We will work with you on original, creative design, or work with your team to ensure your image is properly printed and displayed.

C) Added items: Yes, with your exhibit space, there are generally added components that you will require. This falls into our show services which we will ensure you have the right services (from electrical, furniture and carpet, to daily cleaning if needed).

D) Show materials are also to consider. Yes we want to help reduce your dependency on exhibit transport, but you’re always going to have literature or giveaways, and these need to ship to the show. Depending on the amount, we can arrange anything from UPS to freight transportation. And include that portable exhibit along with it.

E) Show Restrictions: Depending on the show, the city of the show and the exhibit hall, you could have restrictions involved on many of your set-up duties. While you might be able to set-up and take-down your exhibit, the electrical union in that city may not allow you to plug in your lights. Adcraft will know this, and make sure you have a clear path when you get to the show floor.
