Show Site Logistics
This is not one of the most glamorous parts of our jobs, as we are largely dependent on what the show decorator has to offer. Typically, when operating a large exhibit, we bring our own equipment and people to keep your exhibit clean, well-managed, and looking good. Adcraft knows all the show decorators and the services, equipment, and management they provide. We always stress that it is best to allow us to handle this segment of your trade show program. Services range from unloading and moving your exhibit to your booth location, to replacing your show crates in a safe and accessible manner. Your electricity, cleaning, possibly carpet, chairs and tables will be just of few of the items that can be handle via show services.

Installation & Dismantling
Generally, our on-site supervision includes our installation and dismantle of your exhibit. Depending on the hall and city your trade show is, will determine your level of support needed. Many exhibit halls are controlled union shops.
This service is available to clients that want extra support on the trade show floor. Our on-site supervision team is there during the entire installation of your booth. We want you to focus on accomplishing your goals for the show, not worrying about whether the booth will be assembled on time. Our team is also there to provide assistance with any show services such as, rigging, electrical, drayage, and more. Graphic Design & Printing Services
Graphics and how they are presented will be a large part of your exhibit design. At Adcraft we work with your internal or external design teams or can provide these services if needed. We have some very talented and creative individuals that can offer designs that are not only supportive of your brand information but will catch the roving eye in a crowded trade show hall. Adcraft maintains over 100,000 square feet of storage for all your exhibiting properties. Clients choosing Adcraft will be in a climate-controlled environment under 24/7/365 security. We also maintain a large space to accommodate a full display of your exhibit for review and planning.
