“I first saw one of Adcrafts banners at a partner’s user meeting. We were impressed with the quality and the experience the other vendor reported. I called them the following week and told them we needed “roll up” banners for small trade shows but that we did not have any graphics ready for them. They asked me to upload our existing graphics to their FTP site. Within days they had an initial layout. We changed it several times over a period of a week. They were very helpful and patient through the process. Now the best part. Our existing “popup” booth was shipped to the wrong location.
